Murray commenced his career in private practice in 1975. He has previously served as Assistant General Counsel for a billion dollar publicly traded company in Austin, Texas. Mr. Murray has extensive experience in corporate real estate and civil litigation. He has represented many business owners in corporate transactions, acquisitions and litigation.
Mr. Murray received his Juris Doctorate from Saint Marys University (1984), and holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from Tulane University (1969) and did graduate work in accounting at the University of San Antonio (1975-77). He is admitted to practice law in Texas, the United States Tax Court and the Western District Court of Texas.
